- Review the VIP Day Client Agreement: We want to ensure you're fully informed. Take a moment to read through our VIP Day Client Agreement, which outlines all the important details. By completing the payment, you acknowledge your agreement with the information presented, and the agreement copy will be promptly emailed to your electronic signature.
- Select Your Preferred Date: Choose a date for your VIP day that suits your schedule and needs. See the calendar link below.
- Complete the Form and Agree to Terms: Fill out the booking form and indicate your agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement. We've summarized the key terms below for your convenience.
- Secure Your Spot with a 50% Deposit: To secure your spot on our calendar, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. You can pay this deposit easily via the provided invoice.

After successfully booking your VIP Day, here's what you can expect:

Welcome Email: Look out for a welcome email from our team. It will include a link to schedule your Kick-off call if we haven't already arranged one. (Expect this email immediately!)

Calendar Invite: You'll receive a Google Calendar email invitation with the scheduled date(s) and time(s) for your VIP day(s). (Expect this email immediately!)

Remaining Balance Invoice: Within one business day of booking, you'll receive an invoice for the remaining balance. You can choose to settle it right away or wait until the day before your VIP day. We aim to make the process as convenient as possible.
