How does a retainer contract work?
Think of your retainer fee as our monthly salary without all the overhead. It is paid upfront at the beginning of each month. Essentially, you are paying for time versus a specific service. This allows you to avoid those fluctuating fees and supplies you with cost savings!
Based on the retainer package, we block out my or our team's schedule with the appropriate task needed each month and plan our workload accordingly. You have peace of mind knowing that you will receive a pre-established amount of work each month without having to worry about what other client projects are ahead of you!
Retainer Details
This retainer package is a 6-month minimum commitment. At the end of 6 months, we will re-evaluate the program to ensure the number of hours fits your business needs. After that, we can move to 3, 6, 9, or 12-month commitments.
This package is a task based on the commitments that need to be done per month.
At the beginning of each month, you will receive your invoice, payable upon receipt via any major credit card. Invoices will include your monthly retainer rate and tools and software are not included like Marketing 360 etc.
Basic Copy is included for blog, newsletter, and email marketing.
For approval stage of task 2, Revision is allowed per design or task/design.
Payment terms:
We’re sure you understand how important it is as a small business that you pay the invoices that we send you promptly.
100% Upfront payment is required to commence work and a monthly invoice will be sent.
